I always use Kayak.com. Kayak.com compares several different websites at once. When you search, you can check some of the boxes on the bottom before you search to open up even more websites that sell airline tickets. However, 9 times out of 10, Kayak tends to offer the best deal. Note that Kayak doesn’t actually sell tickets; they’ll still transfer you to the best deal when you get the results.
Just so you know, a one-week trip in September costs $1146 for All Nippon Airlines, which is a really good Japanese airline, as I’ve heard. I found one deal that was just above $1000 on Airfare.com; I linked to Airfare.com from Kayak.com. So, bottom line, use Kayak.
